Marlen Reusser and Jason Osborne live up to their roles as favorites for the win. The Olympic time trial silver medallist and the e-sports world champion win the first race of The Digital Swiss 5 in Lucerne.
Four laps through downtown Lucerne – non-stop, full throttle. Right from the start, it was former rower Osborne and Swiss champion Reusser who provided the music on the virtual platform Rouvy. But it was not only on site in the Saalsporthalle where sweat dropped. Switzerland’s Reto Hollenstein rode his race for Team Zurich from home and was no less out of breath!
